| Connecting Using Laptop |
| Ensure Wi-Fi is enabled on your laptop & you are at the hotspot location. |

| Using Web Browser |
- Open the internet browser at the hotspot location and type any URL.
- You will see the Tata Indicom Wi-Fi login page (If you don't get the login page, select the SSID that says
'Tata Indicom Wi-Fi' & connect)
- Enter your Tata Indicom User Name/ Serial Number & Password/ PIN
- Enter necessary details including your mobile number where you will receive a Passcode. This is a one time activity.
- Get connected to high speed internet

| Using iPass Client |
- Ensure the iPass client is download from our website. Please click here to download now
- If you do not have an existing Tata Indicom account, please create one (Tata Indicom Extra account)
- Enter your Tata Indicom User Name & Password & save for future ease of use
- Once at the hotspot location, invoke the iPass client & it will automatically detect & connect to the available network of your choice (based on presets that you might have made)

| You can access Tata Indicom Wi-Fi service through various available Wi-fi enabled handheld devices. |

| Using Web Browser- |
- Turn On Wi-Fi on the device & select Tata Indicom Wi-Fi as the SSID
- Open your internet browser and key in any URL
- You will be shown the landing page with options for Tata Indicom user and Global Roaming user
- Select the user option & Enter your Tata Indicom User Name / Serial Number & Password/ PIN

| Note: Make sure your browser has Proxy disabled to use the service. |

| Using iPass Client- |
| For using iPass client on some common handheld devices, user will need a configuration code as specified below: |

| Other than the above, the iPass platform does not require configuration code. iPhone device requires iPhone O/S version 2.1 or 3.1 to work with iPass client |
| Note: Make sure that Static IP should not be configured for WLAN for any handheld device. |
