| Tata Indicom Wi-Fi service can be accessed at any of our hotspot through any internet browser by
following types of users- |

| Value Voucher Users |
| With a Value Voucher (available online), one has to create a User Name and Password & become a registered user with us. |

| Registered (Extra & Broadband) User |
| These are users who create an account with us through Value Voucher/ Extra cards or are our existing Broadband customers who already have accounts with us. |

| Quick Access Card Users |
| These cards are available at the hotspot location & are mostly site specific (can be used only at that particular hotspot where they are issued). |
| |
| Global Roaming Users |
| This refers to all users of our international partners, with whom we have roaming relations. |
