Ans: As a Tata Indicom Extra user you enjoy a whole lot of benefits. These can be access related or other business/ entertainment content related. You can now use the same account for:-
1) Dial Up – Over 200 cities at a default rate of Rs. 8/ hr
2) Wi-Fi Over 500 locations as per rates applicable at hotspots
3) Broadband On any Tata Indicom Broadband installed connection at Rs. 3/ MB
4) Global Roaming On Broadband, Wi-Fi and Dial Up access in over 160 countrieslocations.

Ans: No. However, as our esteemed customer you get to enjoy all rate benefits along with value/ validity top ups, if required, so as to ensure that you only gain with Tata Indicom Extra. What this means is, that you may not have the same plan that you had as Tata Indicom Total Internet, but you do not lose any value or validity post the move to Tata Indicom Extra.
You will be charged as per the default rate of Rs. 8/ hr (under the 'Pay as you Use') option, or as per any the other unlimited plans available under TI Extra. |

| Q.8. What Dial Up plans are available under Tata Indicom Extra? |
Ans: Tata Indicom Extra offers the following to all users who wish to access Dial Up services-
1) Pay as Use- Here you have the option of using the Dial Up service as & when required, at the rate of Rs. 8/ hour.
2) Night Unlimited- This is an 'add-on' plan that will give you the benefit of free internet usage from 10 pm to 8 am at Rs. 100 per month.
3) 24x7 Unlimited- This is an 'add-on' plan that gives you the benefit of unlimited Dial Up usage at Rs. 200 per month.

Please note that 'add-on' plans are monthly plans for which the pre-defined rates will be deducted from the account balance, month on month, till such time you wish to keep the plan activated. |

| Q.9. What happens to my existing Tata Indicom Total Internet plan once I get upgraded to the TI Extra account? |
Ans: Depending on the current plan configuration, all existing plans are now mapped to the following-
1) Default rate - Rs. 8/ hour
2) Night Unlimited - Rs. 100/ month (Free usage from 10 pm to 8 am, for all users who have this as a bundled feature)
3) 24x7 Unlimited - Rs. 200/ month (for all users currently on Unlimited plans)

| Q.10. My current Tata Indicom Total Internet plan is an Unlimited plan. What can I expect on the upgraded Tata Indicom Extra account? |
Ans: Post upgrade to Tata Indicom Extra platform, the following will be done
1) The value & validity will be carried forward
2) Your account will have the 24x7 plan activated, since you are on an unlimited plan
3) 24x7 Unlimited, add-on pack is offered at Rs. 200 per month, hence Rs. 200 will be deducted from your existing account balance on a monthly basis.

Please note that we have ensured that you don’t lose any value/ validity when upgraded to the Tata Indicom Extra platform. Infact, you will only gain additional value/ validity in certain cases. |

| Q.11. My current Tata Indicom Total Internet plan is a
Time based plan. What can I expect on the upgraded Tata Indicom Extra platform? |
Ans: Post upgrade to Tata Indicom Extra platform, the following will be done
1) The value & validity will be carried forward
2) Your account will be mapped to the default rate of Rs. 8/ hour
3) If your old plan was Connect/ Renew Connect 500, then additional value will be credited into your account so that you are compensated for the lower rate/ hour that you enjoyed on your Tata Indicom Total Internet plan.
4) If you have a Connect/ Renew Connect 100/ 250/ 500, then the Night Unlimited add-on pack will get pre-activated on your migrated account without the monthly deduction of Rs. 100/ month, since it was an inbuilt feature of your Tata Indicom Total Internet plan. Users of these plans will also enjoy free browsing on Sunday (no free browsing on Public Holidays).

1) Tata Indicom Total Internet Unlimited pack- the 24x7 add on pack will get activated by default
